Teasmith Spirits Co are an Aberdeenshire based start-up producing Scotland’s first Premium gin, distilled with hand picked Tea - The Teasmith. They are a modern spirits company who pride themselves on the careful curation of the best ingredients to ensure a gin of exquisite quality and taste.
As Brand Partner, we have been tasked with the development of the brand, through strategy, delivery of the identity, packaging, website and marketing - all working together towards the full launch of their first product - The Teasmith. The launch of the 1st batch proved to be a great success.
560 bottles sold in 8 days. 380+ of which were sold via the website.

To support the business with a vital online sales mechanism we designed and built an ecommerce website that allowed customers easy access to product info while making the ordering of the products as simple as possible. The system was so easy to use and effective Teasmith used the stock control functionality to manage all orders and stock levels.
Our approach put the customer experience right at the centre. We did this by keeping all the key information on one page, this limited the chance for a customer to get lost and kept bounce rates down. We ensured the process of ordering very simple and transparent to reduce the numbers of cart abandonment.
Thoroughly optimised for delivery on multiple devices, our approach worked well, with both Teasmith products selling out in a little over a week - including the exclusive ‘Distillers Flush’ a limited run First Batch, with hand-printed label and coaster set hand-crafted by a local workshop at Newton Dee.
